According to a Foreign Ministry release, the Embassy of Liberia in Washington, D.C. and the Liberian Mission at the United Nations now have their new bank accounts at  Capital One Bank, while the Consulate General Office in New York has its new bank account at Abacus Federal Savings Bank.
