President Weah Applauds Mali On 58th Independence Observance
The President of the Republic of Liberia, H. E. George Manneh Weah has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of the Republic of Mali on the occasion commemorating the 58th Independence Anniversary of that country.
In his message to his Malian counterpart, H.E. Ibrahim Boubacar Kieta, President George Manneh Weah, on behalf of Liberia, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Mali as they commemorate this historic event.
According to a Foreign Ministry's release, The Liberian leader hoped that the cordial and bilateral relations subsisting between the two countries would be further strengthened and cemented for the mutual benefits of the two countries and peoples.
President Weah also indicated that as the people of Mali celebrate this auspicious occasion, the two nations will work together in furtherance of peace, security and cooperation.
The Liberian President then prayed that the Almighty God will endow President Ibrahim Boubacar Kieta with abundant wisdom and strength as he leads his people to greater prosperity.
