President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of the Republic of Cameroon on the occasion commemorating the 43rd National Day Anniversary of that Republic.

In her message to His Excellency Mr. Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon, President Johnson Sirleaf on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in her own name, extended heartiest congratulations and best wishes to President Biya, and thorough him to the Government and People of the Republic of Cameroon.

President Sirleaf said it is her sincere wish that the bonds of friendship so happily subsisting between Cameroon and Liberia will be further strengthened in the spirit of African solidarity, international peace and security and for the mutual benefits of their respective countries. She hoped the people of Cameroon will continue to enjoy the blessings of peace, national cohesion and economic growth.
