The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah has sent a message of Congratulations to the Government and People of the Republic of India on the occasion marking the 71^st Republic Day of the Republic of India.

 In the massage to His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India, the Liberian Leader extended warmest congratulations and best wishes on behalf of the Government and People of the Republic of Liberia, and in his own name.

According to a Foreign Ministry Release, President Weah noted that as the People of Liberia celebrate with the great people of India on this historic occasion, which marks the coming into effect of the Constitution of the Republic of India, Liberia notes with deep satisfaction the heightened bilateral ties subsisting between the two Governments and Peoples.

President Weah also expressed immense gratification for the level of cooperation between Liberia and India and the huge prospects for accelerated trade and investments for the mutual benefits of the two countries and Peoples.

The Liberian President then prayed that the Almighty will continue to endow President Ram Nath Kovind with abundant wisdom and strength as he leads his people to nobler heights.
