President Weah Sends Message of Congratulations to Hungary on National Day and Saint Stephen’s Day Observance
The President of the Republic Liberia, His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah has congratulated the Government and People of the Republic of Hungary on the occasion commemorating the National Day and Saint Stephen’s Day of that country.
In his message to Hungarian President Janas ADER, President George Manneh Weah extended heartfelt congratulations and sincere best wishes to the Government and people of Hungary as they commemorate this historic occasion.
While reflecting on the longstanding bilateral relations between Liberia and Hungary, President George Manneh Weah hailed the renewed bilateral engagements between Liberia and Hungary following the appointment of a Hungarian Ambassador near the Liberian capital with residence in Accra, Ghana.
According to a Foreign Minister Release, the Liberian President praised the appointment of the Hungarian Ambassador to the Republic of Liberia who, among other things, is working with relevant agencies in Liberia, both in the Public and private sectors, to ensure that the people to people relationship between both countries is sustained.
President George Manneh Weah said he remains hopeful that the two countries shall deepen collaboration in many spheres including economic cooperation, health, agriculture and youth empowerment as well as private sector investment to the mutual benefits of the two states.
The Liberian President then wished for President Janos ADER continued well-being and for the people of Hungary peace and prosperity.
