President Weah Congratulates Hungary on National Day’s Celebration

The President of the Republic Of Liberia, His Excellency George MannehWeah has sent a congratulatory message to the Government and People of the Republic of Hungary on the occasion commemorating Saint Stephane’s Day, the National Day of Hungary.

 

The National Day of Hungary is also known as the “Day of the new bread” which marks the founding of Hungary over a thousand years. 

 

According to a Foreign Ministry release, in the Message to His Excellency Janos ADER, President of the Republic of Hungary, President George MannehWeah, on behalf of Liberia, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Hungary as they celebrate this historic milestone.

 

“Our two countries today enjoy renewed bilateral engagements; thanks to the appointment of a Hungarian Ambassador near our capitol, who amongst others is working with relevant agencies of government and the private sector to ensure closer people to people relations between Liberia and Hungary”, the Liberian leader Further recounted.

 

 President Weahalso hoped that the two countries will work together to deepen collaborations in many spheres including economic cooperation, specialized trainings toward youth empowerment, as well as other aspects of private sector investment for the mutual benefit of the two countries and peoples.

 

 

He then wished for President ADER personal well-being and a festive moment for the government and people of Hungary.
