: President George Manneh Weah has sent a message of congratulations to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion commemorating the 74^th independence of that country.

In the message to H.E. Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, President Weah expressed hope that as the people of Vietnam commemorate this joyous occasion, the cordial ties of friendship and coorportaion subsisting between their two countries will be furthered strengthened.

“ We look forward to working together in promoting global peace, and security in the framework of the United Nations(UN)” he stressed.

The Liberian leader then prayed H.E. Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong will lead  his people to greater prosperity.
