Government of Liberia Consoles Ghana For the Death of At Least 96 Persons

The President of the Republic of Liberia, Her Excellency, Mrs. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a message of condolence to the Government and People of the Republic of Ghana for the death of at least 96 persons as a result of a flood which led to a fire outbreak at a Petrol Station in Accra on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.

 

In her Message to her Ghanaian counterpart, H.E. Dr. John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, Mrs. Johnson Sirleaf extended on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia and in her own name heartfelt condolences to the Government and People of Ghana, especially the bereaved families and love ones of the victims for the irreparable loss.

 

President Johnson Sirleaf prayed that God Almighty will give the people of Ghana strength and courage as they mourn the death of their compatriots during this sad period.
