I have left my post as Foreign Minister of Liberia as of July 28, 2020. 

I am eternally grateful to H. E. Dr. George Manneh Weah, President of the Republic of Liberia for the confidence and opportunity afforded me to serve our Government and People.

It has been an interesting and fulfilling time leading the Foreign Policy with increasing international support towards infrastructure, human capital development, and strong budgetary support.

Many thanks to the Cabinet and to my Deputies and Assistant Ministers, Ambassadors and Heads of Mission, Foreign Service Officers, and professional Civil Servants for the cooperation and support accorded me in strengthening and deepening Liberia's diplomatic relations.

I urge all Liberians at home and abroad to continue to portray the good image of our beloved country, considering our shared challenges confronting us as a nation and people.
