President Weah Sends Congratulatory Message to Russian Federation On National Day Observance

President George Manneh Weah has sent a congratulatory message to the Government and People of the Russian Federation on the occasion commemorating the National Day of that country.

 

In the message to H. E. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, President George Manneh Weah, on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Russian leader, and through him, to the Government and People of the Russian Federations as they commemorate this historic occasion. 

 

The Liberian President noted that as the people of the Russian Federation celebrate this event, in the midst of the global health pandemic, COVID-19, his government highly appreciates the consistent strengthening of bilateral relations with the Russian Federation.

 

President George Manneh Weah further told his Russian counterpart that Liberia looks forward to deepening cooperation and collaboration with the Russian Federation.     

 

President George Manneh Weah also expressed hope that the two countries will move to strengthen their relations through high level engagements between the two governments and peoples.  

 

The Liberian President then wished for President Vladimir Putin continued good health and success as well as for the Government and people of the Russian Federation continued peace, stability and prosperity.
