President Weah Extends Felicitations to Czech Republic on Independence Celebration
President George Manneh Weah has congratulated the Government and People of the Czech Republic on the occasion commemorating the Independence Anniversary of that country.
In the message to His Excellency Milos Zeman, President of the Czech Republic, President George Manneh Weah on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of the Czech Republic as they celebrate this historic millstone.
According to a Foreign Ministry release, President George Manneh Weah, recalled the pleasure and harmony that have subsisted between the two governments and peoples since the establishments of diplomatic relations in 1993.
While commenting on the international fronts, President Weah acknowledged the Czech Republic’s interest in the Pacific settlement of disputes with its neighbors and encouraged the government to continue pursuing such noble path.
“I will be pleased were the current ties of cordial diplomatic relations be translated into economic and trade venture mutually beneficial to our respective countries” the Liberian Leader furthered.
The Liberian Chief Executive also wished for President Milos Zeman good health and success in his endeavor to provide stewardship over his country.
