The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah has conveyed warmest felicitations and best wishes to the Government and people of the Republic of Bulgaria on the occasion commemorating the National Day of that country.  

In his message to his Bulgarian counterpart, His Excellency Mr. Rumen Radev, the Liberian Leader recalled, with deep admiration, the longstanding historical bilateral ties of friendship subsisting between the two countries which are characterized by cordiality and harmony.    

“It is our wish that as you celebrate your 142^nd Anniversary, we will explore new avenues to further cement our friendship while continuing to cooperate with international protocols in areas of global security, gender equity and supporting democratic values around the world”.

President Weah then wished for President Radev continues good health and happiness and for the people of Bulgaria, renewed progress, peace and prosperity.
