The President of the Republic of Liberia, Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has congratulated the Government and people of the Republic of Estonia on the occasion commemorating the 98th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of that country.

In her message to His Excellency Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of the Republic of Estonia, the Liberian President extended sincere congratulations to the Government and people of Estonia on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia.

 “I am satisfied to affirm that the relationship subsisting between Liberia and Estonia have remained excellent, and that our two countries continue to attain significant successes in our shared desire for the sustained promotion of gender equality and empowerment of women,” the Liberian Chief Executive pointed out.

President Sirleaf wished that the two governments work together to explore new areas of cooperation which will engender benefits mutually rewarding to the two countries and peoples.
