President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf over the weekend sent a Message of congratulations to the Government and People of the Republic of Korea, on the auspicious occasion celebrating the 69^th Independence Anniversary of that country on August 15, 2014.

In her message to Her Excellency Park Geun-Hye, President of the Republic of Korea, President Johnson Sirleaf on behalf of Liberia conveyed her sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Korea as that nation observes its historic event.

“We are hopeful that the strong bond of friendship subsisting between our two countries will be further cemented for the promotion of cooperation based on mutual interests of our respective countries,” the President Asserted.
