President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of the Kingdom of Sweden on the auspicious occasion marking the National Day and Flag Day of that country.

In the message to His Majesty, King Carx XVI Gustaf, President Johnson Sirleaf extended warm felicitations and sincere best wishes on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia.

The Liberian Leader further expressed hope that as Liberians join the people of Sweden in observing this joyous occasion, she hopes that in furtherance of the relations, the two countries will continue to work together in forging stronger ties of friendship, as the two governments  discover new and rewarding areas of cooperation.

President Johnson Sirleaf then wished for His Majesty, the Government and People of Sweden continued peace and prosperity under the dynamic leadership of King Carl Gustaf.
