The President of the Republic of Liberia , Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a Message of Congratulations to her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, II, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the joyous occasion marking her 83rd Birth Anniversary.

President Johnson-Sirleaf in the message expressed heartfelt congratulations and sincerest best wishes on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in her own name, to the British Queen and wished for Her Majesty many happy returns.

President Johnson-Sirleaf then prayed that the Almighty God grant Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, II, continued good health, as the people of Great Britain and Northern Ireland enjoy the blessings of peace, unity and prosperity under her illustrious Reign as Queen of that sisterly Republic.
