The President of the Republic of Liberia, Mrs. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, has sent a message of congratulations to Members of the Royal Family and People of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the auspicious occasion commemorating the King's Day.

In her message to His Majesty, Willem-Alexander, King of the Netherlands, President Johnson Sirleaf extended heartfelt greetings to Members of the Royal Family, and People of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on behalf of the Government and People of the Republic of Liberia and in her own name.

"To this endeavor, we recall with fond memories Her Majesty, Queen Maxima's visit to Liberia in 2010, then Princess", President Sirleaf recalled.

"This occasion presents yet another opportunity to reiterate my commitment and that of the Government and People of Liberia to collaborate with your Majesty and Government in Upholding the partnership of mutual respect and shared values including tolerance, freedom, democracy and justice", the Liberia leader said.
