President Sirleaf to Commission 26 Officials of Government on August 21 & 28

 


Her Excellency President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf will commission 26 officials of government on August 21 and 28 respectively at the C. Cecil Dennis Auditorium in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


The officials represent various ministries, agencies and autonomous agencies of the Government of Liberia. Those to be commissioned by the President on August 21 include: Honourable Jeremiah Suluteh, Minister of Post & Telecommunications; Honourable Jackson E. Doe, Minister of Transport; Honourable Peter Bonner Jallah, Minister of National Security; Ambassador George W. Wallace, Jr, Advisor to the President on Foreign Affairs and Cllr. Estrada J. Bernard, Legal & Security Advisor to the President.


According to Foreign Ministry press statement, other are Honourable Johnny McClain, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Liberia to the Republic of Senegal; Honourable Dr. Al-Hassan Conteh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Liberia to the Federal Republic of Nigeria; Honourable Yarsuo Weh-Dorliae, Commissioner, Governance Commission; Honourable Ruth J. Samukai, Commissioner, Liberia Telecommunications Authority, and Honourable Binyah C. Kesselly, Commissioner, Bureau of Maritime Affairs.


Meanwhile officials of government to be commissioned by the President on August 28 include:

Gwaikolo, Deputy Minister for Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Honourable Josephus Moses  Gray, Assistant Minister for Public Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Honourable Edwin K. Tetteh, Deputy Minister for Administration, Ministry of Youth & Sports; Honourable James A. Baker, Comptroller General, Ministry of Finance and Honourable Elizabeth Matu Tubman, Deputy Auditor General for Administration, General Auditing Commission.
