The President of the Republic of Liberia, Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has sent a message of Congratulations to the Government and People of the Kingdom of Denmark on the auspicious occasion marking the celebration of the National Day of that country.

In the message to Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II, President Johnson-Sirleaf conveyed heartfelt congratulations and sincerest best wishes on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in her own name, to the Government and People of the Kingdom of Denmark.

The Liberian leader said as the people of Liberia join the people of Denmark in commemorating their National Day, the cordial ties of friendship and cooperation subsisting between the two countries will be concretized as the two countries work together for the attainment of Global peace and security.

 The Liberian leader then wished Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II, Government and People of the Kingdom of Denmark continued peace, happiness and prosperity.
