Mr. Alaa Khairat Issa, Egyptian Ambassador-designate to head the Egyptian Embassy accredited to the Republic of Liberia, paid a courtesy call today on H.E. Alexander H.N. Wallace III, Liberian Ambassador accredited to the Arab republic of Egypt, at the Embassy of Liberia in Cairo.

According to a dispatch from the Liberian Embassy in Cairo, Egypt discussions between the two Ambassadors largely focused on bilateral relations and increased cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Wallace laid specific emphasis on increased assistance to Liberia, such as provision of medical doctors and engineers as well as more scholarships for deserving students in the fields of engineering, agriculture, medicine, technology, etc.
