President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of the Republic of Guinea on the occasion marking the 62^nd Independence anniversary of that country.

In the Massage to the President of the Republic of Guinea, His Excellency Mr. Alpha Conde, President George Manneh Weah, conveyed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Guinea on the occasion celebrating the 62^nd Independence Anniversary of that country.

He entertain the hope that as Liberia joins Guinea to commemorate this historic occasion, the cordial ties of friendship and cooperation subsisting between the two countries and Peoples will be further strengthened in the spirit of African solidarity as the two leaders work together in furtherance of the principles of the Mano River Union, ECOWAS, the African Union and the United Nations, for the promotion of regional and international peace and security. 

The Liberian President prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to endow President Conde with abundant wisdom and strength as he leads his compatriots to greater prosperity.
