The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah, has congratulated the Government and people of the Republic of Ukraine on the occasion commemorating the Liberation Anniversary of that country.

According to a Foreign Ministry release, in the message to his Ukrainian counterpart, His Excellency Volodymyr Zelensky, President George Manneh Weah extended hearty Felicitations on behalf of Liberia, and recounted the gains made in Ukraine-Liberia relations since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1998.

The Liberian leader expressed confidence that the gains made will be further translated into mutually beneficial cooperation in the commercial and industrial sectors, focusing on manufacturing and value addition in agriculture products.

He wished for President Vovodymyr Zelensky personal well-being and happiness and for the Government and people of Ukraine love and prosperity.
