President Weah Hails Indonesia and Gabon on 74th and 59th Independence Celebrations
The President of the Republic of Liberia, H.E. Dr. George Manneh Weah, has sent a congratulatory message to the Government and People of the Republic of Indonesia on the occasion celebrating the 74th Independence Anniversary of that country.
According to a Foreign Ministry release, President Weah extended, on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Indonesia and expressed confidence that the bilateral relations between Liberia and Indonesia will be further strengthened for the mutual benefit of the two Governments.
The Liberian leader prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to endow President Joko Widodo with abundant wisdom and strength as he leads his compatriots to greater prosperity.
In a related development, President George Manneh Weah, has also, on behalf of Liberia, congratulated His Excellency Al Bongo Ondimba, President of the Republic of Gabon and his Government, on the occasion commemorating the 59th Independence Anniversary of that country.
According to the release, President Weah extended Warmest congratulations and best wishes to his Gabonese Counterpart and expressed confidence that the ties of friendship subsisting between Liberia and Gabon will be further cemented in the years ahead.
He prayed that the Almighty God will continue to endow President Al Bongo Ondimba with continued strength and good health as he steers the affairs of the Government and people Gabon.
