The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency George Manneh Weah has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of the United Arab Emirates on the occasion commemorating the 47^THNational Day that country.

In the Message to His Excellency Sheikh Khalifi Bin Zayed  Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, the Liberian leader conveyed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of the UAE on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia.

“On this auspicious occasion I wish to reaffirm my government’s full commitment to the cordial bond of cooperation and friendship between our two countries as was manifested in the conclusion of mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic passport between Liberia and the UAE in last October,” President Weah declared.

President Weah expressed hope that as the United Arab Emirates commemorates this joyous occasion, the cordial ties of friendship and cooperation subsisting between the two countries will be further strengthened.

 President Weah looks forward to expanding the existing cooperation and partnership between the two countries and peoples in other areas of mutual interest.

The Liberian Leader then prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to endow President Zayed  Al Nahyah with abundant wisdom, strength and good health as he leads his compatriots to nobler Height.
