The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency George Manneh Weah has sent a congratulatory message to the Government and People of the State of Qatar on the occasion marking the National Day of that country.

In the message to His Excellency Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, President George Manneh Weah, on behalf of Liberia, extended heartfelt felicitations and best wishes to the Qatari leader, and through him, to the Government and People of the State of Qatar as they celebrate this historic occasion.  

The Liberian President hoped that as Liberians join the people of Qatar in observing this historic milestone, the bond of friendship and cooperation subsisting between the two countries will be further strengthened in the mutual interest of the two peoples.

President George Manneh Weah then prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to endow H.E. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with abundant wisdom, strength, and good health as he leads his people to nobler height and prosperity.
