Official Death Announcement Of His Honour Cllr. Johnnie N. Lewis, Former Chief Justice
The Government of the Republic of Liberia announces with profound regret, the death in his 70th year of His Honour Cllr. Johnnie N. LewisFormer Chief Justice Of the Supreme Court of Liberia.
This sad and mournful event occurred Monday, January 21, 2015 at the John F. Kennedy Medical Hospital at the hour of five O'clock post meridian.
As a mark of last respect and tribute to the Late Former Chief Justice 2006-2012, the President of the Republic of Liberia, H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, has declared that the national ensign be flown at half-mast throughout the Republic and all Liberia's missions abroad for fifteen (15) days from today, January 22, 2015 to February 5, 2015.
Meanwhile funeral arrangements for the late Former Chief Justice, His Honour Cllr. Johnnie N. Lewis will be announced later.
