The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. George W. Wallace, Jr, at the head of a four member delegation, has today departed Monrovia for the Cuban Capital, Havana, to represent Liberia at the Ministerial Meeting and the XIV Summit Conference of the Non-Aligned Countries Movement (NAM), scheduled to convene on 14th September  to 15th September 2006.

Other members of the delegation include Hon. Robert Y. Lormia, II, Assistant  Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Henry B. Fahnbulleh, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Afro-Asian Affairs, and Ms. Miatta A. Fahnbulleh, Cultural Artist.

From Havana, Minister Wallace will be proceeding to New York to attend the 61st Session of the UN General Assembly. While Minister Wallace is away, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. William V. S. Bull, will act as Foreign Minister, pending his return.
