In keeping with the tradition of conducting Students’ Leadership Elections, the students under the supervision of Foreign Service Institute’s administration on Friday January 25, 2019 conducted a successful electoral process.
The process was managed by the Foreign Service Institute’s Elections Commission which included only current students of the institute.

The electoral processes started officially on January 9, 2019 with the beginning of voters’ registration which lasted up to January 15, 2019. Application and registration of candidates started on January 9, 2019 and ended on January 15, 2019.
According to the Freign Service Institute release, the declaration of qualified candidates was done on January 17, 2019 while complaints and Inquiries were done on January 18, 2019. Campaign which was held for three days began January 21, 2019 and ended January 24, 2019.
Debate which was moderated by Mr. Isaac Redd, Director of Human Resources of the Ministry was held in the class room of the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) on January 24, 2019. Guest invited to the debate werse;

The elections were held on January 25, 2019 in the Conference room of FSI and announcement of elections results which was subsequently done by the Chairman of the Elections Commission FSI.
